There are many opportunities for men to get involved, plugged in and accountable to each other at the Vineyard. There is only one catch - no one is going to drag or force you to attend. You are going to have to get started by your own will.
As it says in Proverbs 27.17, "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another". Events are offered throughout the year for guys with specific interests. We have fishermen, golfers, hunters, hikers, bikers, sports nuts, big appetites, happy campers, card players and book worms. Here are just a few opportunities for manly time at the Vineyard.
Every Wednesday morning from 5:30 - 6:10am on the dot. This is a great way to start your day with a time of manly songs, stories from the battle front, a Word from the Scriptures and prayer. We're finished promptly at 6:10am and out the door whenever you get done talking around the coffee and donuts. Prepare for the battles of the week at Gideon's Army.
BROTHER TO BROTHER
Every Saturday morning at 8am, we gather together to discuss the Bible and how it relates to being a man in today's world. Get out of bed and come for some good ole' mental and spiritual training you can put to use in the upcoming week.
Watch your Sunday program for our breakfasts for men. This is a great opportunity to dig deeper into the Men's Ministry at the Vineyard and find out all the ways to get involved. Here you will find a very relevant message, worship, prayer and how could we forget...a no holds bar breakfast bonanza. Come hang out and break bread (or a sausage link) together!
