Connections & Missions Pastor
Rob Dauber serves as our Connections & Missions Pastor. He serves in many capacities but has a focus on helping newcomers find their way into the life of the church, leading us in evangelism, and overseeing our global missions connections and mission trips. Rob and his wife, Amy, have more than 20 years of successful experience in pastoral leadership and a great passion for the Lord.
Children's Ministry Director
Heather is our Children’s Ministry Director. She provides oversight of all of our children’s ministry ages 0 through the 5th grade. Our Children's Ministry has monthly events - bringing the Gospel alive to our youngest attendees. Heather and her husband, Kevin have 2 children.
Erich, Lindsey, Tim and Karen are the directors of our middle school ministry grades 6-8. They are responsible for Sunday morning teaching, events and youth outreach for this age group. Lindsey & Erich bring a level of excitement and experience to the teaching of our students about Jesus.
Karen and Tom began this fellowship in 1993. Although Karen spent many years working as an LPN, she has a gift for connecting with the body of the church and organizing outreach opportunities. Karen also helps coordinate weddings and funerals and assists Pastor Tom with administrative tasks. She enjoys spending time with her large family and tending to her gardens.
Office & Facility Manager
As the Office & Facility Manager, Tiffany is responsible for all of the production and media at the church. She also keeps the facility running smoothly with everything from scheduling to custodian oversight. Tiffany is a graduate of Bowling Green State University where she met her husband, Greg.
Kathy is one of the longest-standing staff members here at the Vineyard. She and her husband, Don, have been members of the church virtually since its beginning in 1993. They also serve together as life group leaders. Kathy has devoted her life to Jesus and crunching numbers. She handles all the church’s finances – from the giving to the accounts payable. Kathy enjoys saving money with coupons (which makes her a perfect accountant), and she enjoys early morning runs in Grove City.
Amanda is the voice that greets you on the phone and sees you as you walk in the door during the week. Amanda takes care of all our reception duties and keeps our database up to date. She is active in several ministries and helps lead our women's ministry at the church.
Peggy assists with all the adult classes, worship slides and does worship service coordination. She works part-time at the Vineyard and has another full-time job on the side! Peggy ensures that everything that happens in the auditorium on Sunday runs smoothly.
Gary Lash, Kat Hudson & Kevin Fleck
Gary works during the week Tuesday through Friday cleaning and maintaining the building. Kevin & Kat work weekends cleaning and setting up for various events and classes. This wonderful team of custodians keep our church building looking great all the time.
Don started attending the Vineyard in 1993, when we were meeting at West Franklin Elementary, and he became an Elder in August 1994. Every day presents unique challenges, however, Don always places a priority on the golden rule: to treat others as you would like to be treated. Don is a die-hard fan of the Cleveland Browns (Bengal fans, please keep reading). He describes his perfect day as a simple and slow Saturday - drinking coffee, spending time with the Lord, and with his wife, Kathy.
Atul came to the country as an immigrant in 1990. Born and raised in a Hindu family, he gave his life to Jesus when the grace of our Lord appeared and everything took on a new meaning. He likes to live his life as a forgiven and dearly loved child of God. In his free time, Atul loves to hang out with family, play golf and then play some more golf.
